Dhikala Zone
The largest and most varied area for jungle safaris in Corbett, Dhikala is renowned for both its abundant natural beauty and for providing the best views of its rare flora. Ramnagar city is located 18 kilometers from the Entry gate. For die-hard wildlife aficionados, a night stay inside the Dhikala Tourism Zone is highly advised. Note: Day visit safaris are only run in canter buses in the morning and evening shifts in the Dhikala zone.

Safari Tours : are available from 15 November to 15 June.
Bijrani Zone
Bijrani is famous for its lush landscapes and is home to a variety of wildlife species. Due to its abundant natural beauty and wide-open grasslands, Bijrani Zone is a highly well-liked tourist destination. Only 1 km separates the zone's entry gate from Ramnagar city.

Jhirna Zone
The Jhirna Zone in Jim Corbett National Park is one of the safari zones where visitors can explore the park's diverse wildlife. It's known for its open grasslands and a higher chance of spotting animals like deer, sloth bears, and wild boars. The park authorities regulate entry into different zones to manage tourism impact and conserve the ecosystem.

The entry gate for jhirna zone is Dhela.Jhirna is open for visitors throughout the year, ensuring that you can explore its wonders in any season.
Durga Devi Zone
Located at the north eastern boundary of the Jim Corbett National Park, Durga Devi zone is the heaven on planet earth for those who are fond of bird watching. The Entry gate is located at an approximate distance of 36 km from Ramnagar city.

Sitabani Buffer Zone
Sitabani is a buffer zone where safaris are allowed. It is known for its religious significance and serene atmosphere. Sitabani Zone doesn't fall under the Corbett Tiger Reserve area. But, if you are fond of the serene ambiance of the natural beauty, you must visit the Sitabani area.

Dhela Safari Zone
Dhela is a new eco-tourism zone in the Corbett National Park which was included in the tiger reserve zone in November 2014. This is the only area in the reserve's buffer zone open for tourists in CTR. The Zone is retaining the attention of a large number of tourists because of its rich biodiversity and is open throughout the year. Also, it is located at an approximate distance of 13 Km from Ramnagar City.

Garjiya Safari Zone
Garjia Safari zone in Corbett is highly bestowed with rich diversity of flora and fauna. Garjia is located at a suitable distance (6 Km) from Ramnagar city is the most preferred zone for wildlife lovers. Garjia has rich population of Royal Bengal Tigers and offers a wonderful sighting to its visitors. Ringora Gate is the entrance to this zone and it consists of buffer, tourism and core areas. In one shift limited number of vehicles allowed to enter so that the natural habitats of wildlife do not get disturbed.

Day visit safari – 8000* /Gypsy

Canter safari – 2500/seat

Note*

  • The Day visit safari charges are all inclusive except pick up & drop service and Camera charges.
  • A safari permit allows entry to a maximum of 6 individuals, inclusive of 2 children under the age of 12.
  • Boarding for the Dhikala canter safari can be made from Ramnagar and Dhangadi locations.
  • In the event of a delayed arrival, the Canter will not wait, and Canter permits cannot be adjusted or rescheduled.
  • The Canter is not a gypsy safari, but rather a 16-seater bus designed to provide a shared safari experience.
  • For cameras with a lens >/= 300mm, the fee is Rs 1000 for Indians and Rs 2000 for foreigners.

* For cameras with a lens < 300mm, the fee is Rs 1500 for Indians and Rs 3000 for foreigners.
